What this site is

This website introduces Alvarez Quality Painting LLC, shows our work, explains the services we offer in the Denver metro area, and gives you a way to ask for a free estimate.

It is information and a way to reach us. It is not a store, an account system, or a scheduling app. Nothing on this site is a contract for painting work by itself.

Estimates and pricing

Any prices, ranges, or examples you see on this site are for general reference. They are not quotes and they are not binding.

Real painting prices depend on the condition of the surfaces, the prep work needed, the square footage, the paint, the access, and the schedule. We cannot know those from a web page.

Your price becomes real when we give you a written estimate for your specific property. That written estimate is the one that counts, and it says what is included, what is not, and how long the price is good for.

Sending the form does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to a price.

Our content and photos

The text, the layout, the logo, and the project photos on this site belong to Alvarez Quality Painting LLC. The before and after photos are pictures of our own jobs.

Please do not copy our project photos or our written content and use them as your own, on another company's website, in ads, or in listings. That is the main thing we ask.

You are welcome to link to our pages, share them, or print a page for your own use while you plan your project.

If you want to use something of ours for another purpose, ask us. We are usually happy to say yes.

Links to other websites

We sometimes link to other websites, like a paint manufacturer or a color tool, because the information is useful.

We do not run those sites and we do not control what they publish or how they handle your information. When you follow a link off our site, their rules apply, not ours.

Site availability

We try to keep this site up, accurate, and current. We cannot promise it will always be available or always free of mistakes.

The site may go down for maintenance, for a hosting problem, or for reasons outside our hands. A page may also be out of date for a while.

If something here does not match what we tell you in person, ask us. The written estimate and what we tell you directly are what to rely on.

Limits on our responsibility

This site is provided as it is. We are responsible for the painting work we agree to do for you under a written estimate. We are not responsible for losses that come from using this website itself.

Put simply: if the site is down, if a page has a typo, if a link is broken, or if a form submission does not reach us because of a technical failure, we are not on the hook for money you lost as a result.

If you sent a request and did not hear back within a couple of business days, please call us. Do not assume the message got through.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under Colorado consumer law.

Colorado law

Alvarez Quality Painting LLC operates in Colorado. These terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If there is ever a dispute about this website or these terms, it belongs in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update.

Using the site after we post a change means you accept the updated terms.
